As you get older you adopt more and more bad habits. Or is that just me? So now that I wake up to this…
So I quickly became addicted to coffee. Umm…except I don’t like it black. I actually prefer it in latte form from a coffee shop. Obviously my wallet couldn’t handle this habit. So I started jazzing up my coffee at home with flavored creamers and Splenda. I also picked up a diet soda drinking habit along the way.
A daily habit with all these artificial flavors weighed on me, so when I heard of a natural flavored coffee creamer with only FOUR natural ingredients I knew I had to get my hands on it. So we headed to Walmart to pick up some Natural Bliss creamer. I was excited to know it only contained four natural ingredients, it came in vanilla and I had a coupon {$1 off of 2}.
Boo….they are out of Vanilla! Sweet Cream it is.

So I switched to a natural creamer and now I am cutting back on the soda. In fact, I am going to try to go 90 days without soda! What?
